Restoran E & Y is a chain of mamak restaurants, operated by the Yahoop family in Johor Bahru. Beginning with one restaurant at Jalan Daya 1 in Taman Daya in the mid-1990s, started by Jamal and Ansari Yahoop, its tremendous success has spawned a total of 11 outlets using the E & Y name, as of 2011. 5 of these outlets are opened by the original two brothers, while the other six are opened by their other brothers. Of these six, 3 are called "Restoran E & Y Harmonium", opened independently by brother Salahuddin Yahoop.

Restoran E & Y has a humble history, operating only in the evening in the vacant space beside the Taman Daya Bank Simpanan Nasional branch at Jalan Sagu 7 in the mid-1990s. Attracting such a huge crowd that sitting place was insufficient, the two brothers then decided to have a proper premise. Restoran E & Y started with one shoplot at Jalan Daya 1, Taman Daya, a then lonely stretch of shophouses. Because of Restoran E & Y's presence, that area became a lively street at night and there are now several shops that are opened till 10 pm at night. Today, Restoran E & Y at Jalan Daya 1 occupies two adjacent lots and its premises, significantly renovated to include stainless steel railings and fittings.
